All rides are booked in advance to ensure you arrive safely and on time.
How we handle your airport trip
01 We receive your request
As soon as we receive your AIRPORTTU request via email or the website form, we begin planning your journey.
02 We prepare a quotation
We prepare a tailored quote based on the details you’ve provided:
- pickup or drop-off location
- airport
- date and time
- any special requests
Your personalised quote is then sent to you for review and approval.
03 Confirmation and Payment
Once your proof of payment has been received, your booking is:
- confirmed
- scheduled
- added to our schedule
This ensures your ride is carefully planned and professionally assigned.
04 If payment is still outstanding
If we do not receive proof of payment:
- we will contact you 24 hours before your scheduled ride
- and again 12 hours before (by phone)
to ensure there is no misunderstanding.
05 Ride Confirmation & Information
Once your ride is confirmed, you’ll receive full ride details via SMS.
So everyone knows exactly what to expect.
06 Control Room Support
If you don’t receive your ride details in time, you’re welcome to contact our control room directly.
